At DECOBOOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
